Project Overview
Kaiphosphorus Fertilizer is one of the first batch of pilot enterprises for circular economy in China, and the factory has basically achieved automated production. It is a typical enterprise that implements modern technology production and processing.
The factory has invested a large amount of frequency converters and air compressor equipment. During the operation of the frequency converters, a large number of harmonics are generated, which can cause equipment heating, increased mechanical vibration noise, sudden shutdown of the frequency converter, resonance, and other problems.
This renovation has carried out harmonic control on six transformers in the old fluorine salt distribution room, sulfuric acid A distribution room, sulfuric acid B distribution room, and 240000 ton distribution room.

The old fluorine salt distribution room adopts wall mounted active filtering modules, the sulfuric acid B distribution room adopts a full cabinet supply plan, and the other distribution rooms use drawer type filtering modules.

Sampling point: Active filtering requires collecting the current of all loads, and cannot collect the current of this cabinet or compensation cabinet.
Governance point: The governance point of active filtering should be placed after the compensation cabinet and before the load cabinet.

This renovation project provides open sampling current transformers for on-site construction convenience. In addition, the current transformer cannot be opened, and our company has provided dedicated current terminals and terminal blocks for the renovated distribution room to facilitate later maintenance.
3 Project Progress

After the on-site renovation was completed, our company used a Fuluke power quality analyzer for analysis and comparison before and after the renovation. After the renovation, the voltage and current harmonic distortion rates in the on-site distribution room met the requirements of national standards.
